One of the best advantage of smartphone in my opinion is that smartphone gives you tons of knowledge that no one back from the 19th century can dream of. It gives you e-books, articles and what not. You even know about the places you haven’t seen, know about the food you don’t taste yet.

But it’s not like that smartphone has no bad sides everything and everyone has bad sides.so,

Health related problems

Smartphones has electromagnetic waves that might lead to brain tumor and skin cancer. HEV light is emitted on the smartphone screen that can cause eye strain also might damage the retina.

Addiction

Maybe you can relate to this, how many is that you have check your phone without any reason hoping there is a msg for you in it. At some point we all are becoming addict of smartphones. And this addiction keep us distracted from our goals and family.

Fake face

You know there is a race or something like that going on in our social media. We see that everywhere. People are faking themselves because they want everyone to appreciate their lifestyle and like all. People with millions of followers are alone because they are fake. They wanna be seen perfect. Which we humans are not. Avoid fake face be real be you.
